Our Goals.

We arrived in Murcia, Spain on May 28, 2011 and began working with Steve and Kelly Mowery in their churches, Iglesia Bautista Biblica de Montegrande and Iglesia Bautista Biblica de Murcia.  We attended language school full-time for 18 months while helping them.  In January 2013, when the Mowerys returned from their furlough, we began making plans to move to Valencia: Spain's 3rd largest city with over 800,000 residents and a metropolitan area of 1.5 million people.  During the process, the Lord led us to the city of Torrent, the largest of the Valencia suburbs with a population of over 80,000.

I.  Establish a church.

  • Find a meeting place to rent.

  • Begin worship services in the facility.

II.  Encourage Growth

  • Discipleship classes with new believers and members. 

  • Mid-week Bible studies.

III. Expand our Reach

​

We have experienced a growth spurt! Praise the Lord!  Our average Sunday attendance has reached 60-70 people.  Our Auditorium and our Sunday School classroom are full to capacity. 

​

God provided the funds to purchase a building in a prime location with good visibility, plenty of space to grow and tons of potential.  We were able to purchase the building in July 2019. The demolition and rebuilding process began in 2020 and now in 2024, we are using this new building. We still have Phase 2 to complete, which will consist of a second level above the multi-use room for classrooms.
